Collections
The first Antico Cotonificio Veneziano collection, symbolically named Age d'Or , came out in 2004 with a sample book of 28 chromatic variants now 39 each available in the 24 patterns contained in the catalogue.
The 19th Modenantiquaria (19-25 February 2005) officialised its 'debut' by dedicating it a stand in the exhibition.
The success of this first stage is confirmed in historic-philological terms by an order from the 'Vittoriale degli Italiani' foundation for the furnishings in the 'home' of Gabriele d'Annunzio. At the same time, the Hotel Cipriani in Venice has commissioned the Antico Cotonificio Veneziano to supply draperies and furnishings in fireproof fabrics.
The result is a new fireresistant line in furnishings, certainly modern, but always intent on harmoniously blending the most advanced techniques with the formal values of the past, in perfect harmony with the Antico Cotonificio Veneziano production philosophy.
